United Bulk Terminals (UBT) provides a broad spectrum of services related to the storage and handling of dry bulk products, with a pronounced focus on energy-related commodities. The facility in Davant, Louisiana, is the largest dry bulk export terminal on the US Gulf Coast with a storage capacity of 3.5 million tons, servicing nearly all major US petcoke and coal producers. UBT Dupré, a joint venture with Dupré Logistics, operates the Corpus Christi site in Texas, and has become a trusted service provider of in-refinery petcoke and sulfur handling services in the US.
In 2015, United Bulk Terminals had a total storage capacity of 4 million tons and realized a total throughput of around 9 million tons.
Through its affiliate United Ocean Chartering, United Bulk Terminals also provides full logistics chain management, including the handling of trucks, rail tank cars, inland and ocean-going vessels as well as the chartering of cargo ships in the US Gulf.
