Depending on your field of interest, the Graduate Program prepares you for a diverse range of functions at Marquard & Bahls AG or one of our subsidiaries. So get ready for a life changing experience and join us as a trainee in one of the following specializations:
Our two-year Graduate Program is structured into four modules, which all focus on you and your personal and professional development.
Module 1: In the first 3 to 4 months, you network with business experts to understand the core activities of the oil business. You will work at one of our Oiltanking Terminals, experience a deal in the Mabanaft sales function, and gain insight into the role of important functions at Marquard & Bahls.
Module 2: A 7- to 9-month module deep-dive into your specialization – e.g. Finance & Accounting, HR or Engineering – as you work alongside experts in the industry. They will challenge your way of thinking and you will grow through challenging work in an ever-changing environment.
Module 3: The third module gives you an opportunity to broaden your Marquard & Bahls horizon while moving to a different country. Here, you will experience a new culture and will gain an even deeper understanding of the complexity underlying a global company’s work.
Module 4: This is followed by the final module, in which you will dive deeper into your specialization for 6 to 8 months and apply what you have learned from the previous modules. The purpose of this phase of the Graduate Program is to find a suitable position for you and to prepare you for it in the best possible way.
The Graduate Program will be supplemented throughout with seminars and training sessions on specific business topics to further advance your personal development within Marquard & Bahls. During this two-year journey you will have the personal support of a mentor as we jointly lay the foundations for your future in energy & logistics.
