Depending on your field of interest, the FUEL graduate trainee program prepares you for a diverse range of functions at Marquard & Bahls AG or one of our subsidiaries. So get ready for a life changing experience and join us:
Our two-year graduate trainee program is structured into three modules, which all focus on you and your personal & professional development.
Module 1: In the first six months, you network with business experts to understand the core activities of the oil business. You will work at one of our Oiltanking Terminals, experience a deal in the Mabanaft sales Function, and gain insight into the role of important Functions like IT, Audit and Legal at Marquard & Bahls.
Module 2: A twelve-month module deep-dive into your specialisation – e.g. Finance & Accounting, HR, Project Management or Engineering – as you work alongside world-class experts in the industry. They will challenge your way of thinking and you will grow through challenging work in an ever-changing environment.
Module 3: The final six months of the program give you an opportunity to broaden your Marquard & Bahls horizon while moving to a different country or even continent. Here, you will experience a new culture and will gain an even deeper understanding of the complexity underlying a global company’s work.
The graduate trainee program will be supplemented throughout with seminars and training sessions on specific business topics to further advance your personal development within Marquard & Bahls. During this two-year journey you will have the personal support of a mentor as we jointly lay the foundations for your future in energy & logistics.
