Thomas Roller, Managing Director, Bomin Group, explains: “Following the introduction of our regional hubs Hamburg, Houston, Dubai and Singapore to the market in December 2016, we now take the next consistent step by strengthening the Asian hub in Singapore. All hubs have proven to ensure consistency in our service quality and delivery, resulting in a very high percentage of customer retention in the new set-up and account management approach. The assignment of accounts to the hub in Singapore is a strategic move to further improve our operational efficiency.”
As a result of the Hong Kong office closure, Bomin customers will now be served from the hub in Singapore. Bomin Hong Kong’s representative offices in Shanghai, Tokyo and Nakhodka will be affected by the change and operations there will be reviewed in the course of the reorganization.
The implementation of Bomin’s hub strategy allows global alignment with its customers. Bomin wants to provide its customers a solution-driven fuel supply and operational efficiency which will ultimately increase the value of its services.
